Going on 2 weeks I’ve been in serious pain starting from my neck and ending in my arm. I’ve tried my hardest to NOT go to the doctor because, well, I just didn’t want to go.
You know we all have some sort of “healing powers” in our medicine cabinets right? Well mine didn’t work!! So now, as I type, I’m sitting in the urgent care slightly annoyed because it’s like 3 other people in here and we have been sitting for an hour…
(Insert WoooSaaawww), ok, I can’t change this situation at the moment but I can think of it as a glass half full. How?
1. At least I made it to the urgent care and didn’t have to wait on an appointment.
2. I’m closer to finding out what’s wrong vs. me sitting at home STILL in pain.
3. Sitting here is giving me quiet time to actually get some reading and blogging done.
So long story short, I got myself all amped up just to calm myself back down… that’s all anyone needs.
Take a few moments to breathe, Woosah, and think of the positives of any situation.
